Delivery time and options, choice of the service provider

All the delivery options offered are visible to customers depending on the country of destination and the specifics of the customer’s delivery address or residence.

THE CUSTOMER HAS THE DUTY TO ENSURE THE LOCAL REGULATIONS IN FORCE AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER AND THE DIRECTIVES, CUSTOMS, HEALTH, AND TAX OF HIS COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE OR DELIVERY.

 

The processing times for your order are 48 hours working days after validation and compliance with your payment.

The delivery time explained is solely attributable to our carrier partners. GET FILLER reserves the right to deliver within the time of its choice according to the time for obtaining production and availability from the Laboratories.

  1. Returns and Refund Policy

RETURNS OR REFUNDS DO NOT APPLY TO TYPE III MEDICAL DEVICES

NEEDLES, CANNULAS, DERMAL FILLERS, AND ANY OTHER TYPE III CATEGORY PRODUCT

 

Withdrawal period

GET DERMAL FILLER reserves the right to make a refund after recovery of the goods and after finding that their condition is unchanged. 

When the period ends on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day. This period is 14 days.

 

THIS DEADLINE DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AND ORDERS, WHERE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS ENGAGED FOR THE PRELIMINARY VERIFICATION OF DUTIES, TAXES, CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS, AND RECEIPT MODALITIES IN A COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY.

 

Refund Method

The refund can be made via a means of payment similar to that used for the purchase. Nevertheless, it is possible to set up the transaction by another means of payment, according to the prior agreement established between the buyer and GET DERMAL FILLER to avoid any additional costs.

 

Shipping cost

GET DERMAL FILLER also undertakes to reimburse the buyer for the delivery costs according to the current article L121-20-1 of the consumer code. However, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer except in cases explained in the chapter “Terms of Refunds and Returns – Disputes“.

In the case of a return of only part of the order*, according to the opinion expressed by the DGCCRF in November 2008: the shipping costs depend on the number of items ordered (weight ratio per shipment), GET DERMAL FILLER may make a pro-rata refund of the items returned by its customer.

 

Right of Withdrawal – Proof Required

The buyer must prove that he has respected the legal withdrawal period (14 days). He can do this by contacting us in several ways:

By depositing his package at the Post Office or with a distributor, a carrier (deposit receipt),

By telephone (the price of a local call) or email addressed to [email protected] before the expiry of the withdrawal period granted.

Terms of Reimbursement and Returns – Disputes

In case of loss, damage, or defective products

Upon receipt of physical proof of loss, damage, or defective products, GET DERMAL FILLER may reimburse its customers on a pro-rata basis for the products concerned and/or returned.

 

GET DERMAL FILLER reserves the right to defer the effective reimbursement of the order upon receipt of physical proof of the damage and or defective products. Once received, we undertake to reimburse the amount of the order concerned.

GET DERMAL FILLER may offer reimbursement of the order according to the conditions explained or return the order concerned with the customer’s agreement.

For a defective product

The consumer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the package to contact customer service and provide proof.

 

In case of order errors / expired products

GET DERMAL FILLER undertakes to reimburse the order* or to send it back as soon as physical proof of the dispute is obtained: Correct receipt of the package and the products of the aforementioned order.

Change of opinion

(Without other reason) without opening the product

We will leave delivery costs to the customer. GET DERMAL FILLER reserves the right not to refund or agree to return the order concerned if the customer has damaged the products present in the package.

Change of mind (without other reason) after opening the articles

We do not accept refunds or returns. These products should remain unused with intact preservation.

 

  1. Contractual limitations on technical data

It is also necessary to specify in our general conditions of sale that the site uses JavaScript technology.
